I’m the kind of girl ready’d rather go hiking than spend the day on the couch (though sometimes the couch makes a very compelling argument). I love moving: the gym, cycling, volleyball anything that makes me break a sweat and then enjoy a guilt-free dessert. For me, staying active is a way to keep my energy up and not give laziness a single chance.
